When animals just make you feel better!

Two llamas smiling

You may have noticed that we love a good animal photo. Whether it’s a funny dog, a cute cat, or a guinea pig, bringing animals into our mental space makes us laugh and just feel good. <How can you not love a llama smiling?>

But our love of animal photos goes beyond a good laugh and a burst of the warm and fuzzies. Our animals are an important part of our self-care. They help us get out of the house and stretch our legs. They snuggle at just the right time when we’re feeling stressed or anxious. They help us remember the important things - love, balance, compassion, and gratitude.

We know not everyone has or wants a Blue or Kimmie [a couple of our animals], but here at b.minton we love our pups and kitties for everything they share with us. So next time you see a funny doggo face or a kitty high fiving on our blog, know that we want you to laugh, smile or just take a moment for a little fun.
