Setting Boundaries When Working From Home

Setting Boundaries When Working From Home

Due to the pandemic, working from home (WFH) is the new norm. If you've worked remotely for years or are new to the WFH world, you know how important it is to establish boundaries. Remember, setting boundaries is self-care.

With remote schooling, busy households, and endless pings and rings from the office, it can be a challenge to get things done. And even harder to turn it off. The good news is that you can create a productive, healthy WFH flow by following some simple tips. It's not rocket science but it does take patience and practice.

On today's Journal, we decided to mix it up. Instead of a written blog post, we created a short video with quick tips for setting boundaries when you WFH. Check it out here. (And let us know what you think!)
