In last week’s blog, we shared our list of feel-good go-to movies. This week we’re sharing our go-to self-care playlist.  

Music has always been a part of our self-care routine. Remember drivin’ and cryin’ with a good mix tape and a diet coke? All jokes aside, whether it is a good laugh, some tears, or space to think, music plays a big part in setting the tone for self-care. 

We are in our 40s and our playlist reflects that (but hey, these should all be classics, right?). While we love Phoebe Bridgers, when we really want the feels, we go back to the music that has stirred us since we were teens. 

So whether it’s a diet coke and a drive, a relaxing stroll, or an afternoon on the couch, take our playlist with you.
