We Founded Our Business on Our Values

We both worked in nonprofit policy. We had great jobs with great co-workers, but we gave everything to it. Travel all over the country? No problem. 11 pm meetings? Sure. Yet another special request, side project or committee for my bosses? You got it! We left feeling burnt out, our mental health suffered, and it took us time to truly recover. That being said, we learned a lot about ourselves and our ability to play an important role in own future. That’s why the work we do at b.minton is so important and personal to us.

We've been there. Now we practice saying “no” once in a while. And while taking moments or committing to a better work/life balance wouldn’t have solved every problem we had at work, it sure would have gone a long way in preventing a sense of burnout.

Finding lasting solutions to problems, supporting each other, and havin’ a little fun along the way are part of our core values. And at b.minton, we’ve taken our shared values and founded a company we are proud of - that supports our values and yours.

b.minton beautifully curates and ethically sources self-care gift boxes for busy women. Please follow us on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest @shopbminton.
